Cleaning Service Payment

The £9.50 cost of our cleaning services London consists of £9.50 p/hr paid directly to the cleaner and this amount covers the agency and insurance fee, VAT and payment to the cleaner - to make things as easy as possible for you, there's no invoicing. You pay the cleaner for the days work at the end of each visit. These prices are based on a regular weekly visit of a minimum of 2 Hours.

Cleaning Times

Our cleaners are happy to work while you are home or while you are at work. The cleaning fee is the same at weekends so we can usually find a time that is convenient for you. However you will have to sign on the contract form that you wish to leave a set of keys with the cleaner.

House Cleaning Materials

We have found that the most economical and hygienic approach to clean your house is to use your cleaning materials. It avoids bacteria, pet hair or mites travelling from one clients house to the next. This also means your house will feel and smell exactly as you would like it to.

Cleaner Vetting

We have a strict vetting process when we employ new cleaners to ensure that DreamClean maintains it's high service standards. We require 2 references from previous employers, photo id, proof of address and proof of permission to work in the UK. We also carry a test for minimal English and require our cleaners to pass a cleaning practical.
